Our standard delivery fee is fixed at £3.95.

We deliver to customers in the UK only. We’ll do our best to despatch your order the day you place it though in busy times it may take us a little bit longer. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

Returns
We accept returns up to 30 days after date of delivery. Please return to Frank Water, 1-3 Gloucester Road, Bristol BS7 8AA. Frank Water cannot be held responsible for any returns that are lost in the post, so we strongly recommend using a signed for service when posting returns to us.

Process
As long as the product has not been used, we will issue a full refund once the item has been received by us. Please note that the cost of return will need to be covered by the customer, as we do not offer free returns.
Please ensure that all returns reach us in a saleable condition.

Arrived damaged?
If any Frank Water products are damaged in transit, we will replace them free of charge.
