Blaze joined Frank Water as the Fundraising (Events) & Communications Executive at the end of 2023, with a range of event production, volunteer coordination, and marketing experience from a number of roles in Higher Education and at UK music festivals. They are especially interested in community engagement and inclusive event design, as one of the founders of Transcend Festival, a Bristol-based arts and creative activism festival for the trans, non-binary, and intersex community.
At Frank Water, Blaze coordinates the Festival Refill service, supports the planning and delivery of fundraising, challenge, and corporate events, and works alongside the Fundraising and Communications Manager to deliver Frank’s marketing and communications strategy.
