Frank News
Young Heroes

Lewis and Danny

Lewis and Danny Morgan from Llangryn in Wales, have very generously donated their piggy bank savings to FRANK Water Projects.  The final sum came to an amazing £120.00. We're very grateful and feel they both definitely deserve our  "Young Heroes" award for being so inspiring. A FRANK certificate is on its way!

FRANK backs public water fountains

FRANK has a new volunteer starting this month (January 2010)! Matthew Mellor is joining us to kick-start a "Bring Back Public Water Fountains" campaign, starting initially here in Bristol. The idea is that even though we sell bottled water, we want to protect the environment first. So if you find yourself out and about with no water, it should be possible to get a drink from one of the many and beautiful public fountains that dot the city. We want people to buy bottled water only if they have to - and if you do, to then  please choose a FRANK ethical bottle over our competitors.

Project News November 09

pic for nov project news The great news is that FRANK Water Projects has now funded 58 clean water projects in Andhra Pradesh, India. The majority of these are currently under construction, with 13 now completed. The remainder are all due to be completed by the end of March 2010. We will be bringing you regular updates on their progress as we get them.

Top Fundraisers!

Image Oliver Lynch-Bell, Joe Cooper and Chris Chisnall took part in the Autumn Rickshaw Run and managed to raise a toally amazing £1,980 for FRANK Water Projects! For those of you who don't know, the Rickshaw Run takes teams across India and into Nepal.. all in a small, rickety rickshaw. In theory it's a race, but many of the competitors say it's simply an achievment to finish in one piece! A big thank you to the team.. and all of their supporters.
